Region: Seneca Lake
Variety: Cayuga White
Little City Vermouth is made from the Cayuga White grape—a cross of Schuyler and Seyval Blanc indigenous to the Finger Lakes region of New York State. And that’s exactly where we make this stuff. From growing the grapes, fermenting the wine, distilling and blending, all production takes place within a three mile radius right on Seneca Lake.
This dry vermouth is unlike any you’ve had. Bright, lively and a bit tart, you can taste wood and green fruit. White peppercorn, ginger and lemongrass also poke through—a focus on high notes. Rather than ruining your martini, Little City Vermouth will be the best part. Try mixing it half and half with your favorite gin.
