Soils: Deep, well-drained alluvial.
Farming: Organically grown, hand harvested.
Vinification: Destemmed. Partial carbonic maceration. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless tank 15 days.
Aging: Part in 60 gallon neutral French oak barrel, and part in tank. Merlot done all in tank.
