Vinification: Grapes selected in a sorting table and destemmed; then they are placed in concrete tanks manually. Controlled alcoholic fermentation in a temperature range of 26º-28º with natural yeast. Malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks.
Aging: Oak barrel aging for 16 months and 6 months in concrete tanks before bottling and minimum of 18 months in the bottle
