Vinification: Pre-fermentation maceration of 5 to 8 days at low temperature. Then fermentation follow and lasts between 10 to 12 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then left to macerate postfermentation for another 4 to 6 days before being racked.
Aging: 65% in French and American oak (7 months), 35% in stainless steel
