Vinification: De-stemmed and placed in stainless steel vats where they are gently crushed before a cold maceration of up to 2 months. Daily pump-overs are employed during alcohol fermentation and once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is moved to 25-hectoliter Slavonian oak botti.
Aging: 2 years in botti, 8-10 months in bottle.
