Farming: Biodynamic practicing. Hand-harvested estate fruit.
Vinification: Muscat d’Alexandrie is put whole bunch into fibreglass tanks for 12 days of carbonic maceration. Muscat a Petits Grains is pressed into fibreglass. Muscat d’Alexandrie is pressed then blended with the Muscat a Petit Grain and it stays in fibreglass until bottling in March 2024.
Aging: In fiberglass. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added SO2.
