Farming: Everything is done by hand: pruning, tillage, phyto treatments, and harvesting. Estate fruit.
Vinification: Ambient ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats with 100% whole cluster inclusion, daily pump-overs and punch-downs during a five-week maceration.
Aging: 26 months in oak barrels (50% new and 50% in one-year old barrels)
