Soils: Granitic with the presence of clay.

Farming: Sustainable. Hand-harvested estate fruit.
Vinification: 20% of the grapes are destemmed and wine remains in contact with the skins for 4 months in stainless steel vats. The remaining 80% is fermented with native yeast.
Aging: 80% of the wine is aged in used barrels (225L) for 6 months. 20% of the wine aged in stainless steel vat with the skins for 4 months
