Farming: Biodynamic practicing. Hand-harvested estate fruit.
Vinification: A blend of all the finished wines from the La Cave Apicole. Once all the 2023 cuvees are dry, wine is taken from each tank and blended into stainless steel tanks where it stays until bottling.
Aging: In tank. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with no added SO2.
