Farming practices: Certified organic, hand-harvested.
Vinification:Immediately pressed and put into stainless steel tanks. Carbonic portion left whole cluster, uncrushed in stainless steel. Main portion of the wine settles and ferments at cool temperature in stainless steel.
Aging: Rested 3 months in tank. Bottled without fining, filtration, added SO2.
